Request for Bid Project 20-7.1
The City of Kimmswick is looking for a certified, bonded, insured and licensed with Jefferson Co. Mo. asphalt contractor to bid on the several areas of road overlay throughout Kimmswick, MO there will be no bid packet we would like you to set up an appointment Monday – Friday 7:00 am 11:00 am to meet with Dan Meyer our new Maintenance Director he will supply a map of the areas and would like to show you the areas in person.
Once you have completed your bid it can be dropped off at Kimmswick City Hall 6041 Third Street Kimmswick Mo 63053, 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, Monday – Friday or via email to tbenack@cityofkimmswick.org.
All Bids are to be returned to City Hall PO Box 27, Kimmswick, Mo 63053 by July 8, 2020.

The selected bid will be determined by the Kimmswick Board of Alderman and Public Works Director at the July 13th meeting, the winning bid will then be notified by the City Clerk within five working days.
Start and completion date will be decided once bid has been awarded.
