To our Treasured Vendors,
As most of you have heard we are canceling the 2020 Apple Butter Festival in Kimmswick Mo. due to Covid-19.
We realize this year has been a hardship on all of you with so many shows being canceled these past months and we are sorry. We did not want to place anyone’s health or life at risk.
The refund process will be this……if you paid via PayPal within the last 90 days your payment will be returned to you that way, so please keep your eye on your account.
If you paid via cash, check or PayPal before the 90 days limit a check will be sent to you asap. Please be patient as our treasurer will be working diligently on this but also has other city business to attend to.
We are sorry we cannot apply it to the 2021 festival, however you will STILL keep your space. You can get on our website after October 24th and get the 2021 application and pay for it then. I will not give your space away…I promise!
Also, someone mentioned that if a vendor has a website that can show their product and can take orders, it would be nice to list them on our Facebook page. I thought that was a great idea! So if you would like your website on our FB and /or maybe our website please let me know in a separate email and we will do our best to get it on there.
